Are your dolls handmade?
Yes, all dolls are entirely handmade by me, from start to finish. Each piece is crafted with care, using quality materials and thoughtful detailing to ensure it is one-of-a-kind.

Do you take custom orders or commissions?
At this time, I am not accepting custom orders. However, new creations are released from time to time. Please follow my shop or subscribe to my newsletter for updates.

How should I care for my doll?
These dolls are delicate, collectible art pieces and not intended for rough handling or play. Keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust. A glass display case is ideal for protection.

Collaborations & Projects

 

Are you open to collaborations or creative projects?
Yes, I’m open to selected collaborations and special projects that align with my artistic direction and values. I welcome opportunities such as:

  • Art exhibitions

  • Brand or designer collaborations

  • Limited edition releases

  • Creative features or editorial projects

How do I place an order?
Simply add the item to your cart and follow the checkout instructions. If you're a local buyer, you’ll receive bank transfer details. International customers will be directed to PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Local Buyers (Malaysia): Bank Transfer

  • International Buyers: PayPal (you will be automatically redirected at checkout; no PayPal account is needed)

 

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are listed in USD. If you're paying from a different country, your bank or PayPal will handle the currency conversion.

Shipping

 

Where are you based and do you ship internationally?
I am based in Malaysia, and I ship both locally and internationally.

What are the shipping options for international orders?

  • Malaysia Pos EMS – Budget-friendly, approx. 16 working days

  • DHL Express – Faster, more secure, typically delivers within 1 week

 

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

 

Who is responsible if my package gets lost?
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, I am not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transit. However, I will always assist you with tracking information and support for following up with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of each item, all sales are final. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
