Shipping

 

- All ready stock orders are processed within 7 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details where applicable.

- Please note that for preorders, the delivery time and date will be different from standard orders. The estimated delivery time and date for preorder items will be clearly specified in the listing. Preorder items are made-to-order or restocked, so delivery may take longer than our usual processing times for in-stock items.

All orders are shipped from Malaysia.

Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via Malaysia Pos and typically arrive within 7 working days.

International Shipping: Available to most countries. Delivery times vary depending on location. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

International Shipping Options
For international orders, there are two available shipping methods:

  • Malaysia Pos International EMS – A more economical option, with an estimated delivery time of around 16 working days.

  • DHL Express – A faster and more secure service, typically delivering within one week, though it comes at a higher cost.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.


For important or time-sensitive shipments, DHL Express is recommended for faster delivery and greater reliability.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

 

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Cancellations

 

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

 

Shipping Liability and Support

Please note that once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, I am not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit. While I cannot be held liable for issues that arise after shipment, I will make every effort to assist you by providing all relevant tracking information and any necessary details to help you resolve the matter with the shipping carrier.
